Pelee Island Winery

Every month, over 375,000 Ontarians are served by food banks, and forty percent are children. Buy local Share local is a campaign of the OAFB in support of our neighbours, our local producers, our environment and our economy.

Pelee Island Winery designed a Buy Local Share Local campaign to encourage the support of their customers. When purchasing a bottle of Pelee Island VQA Premium Select Chardonnay or Cabernet Merlot, the winery is donating 10% of sales to the OAFB. Look for the special Stepping Up to the Plate label, with a women’s high heel. $12.95 at LCBO stores across the province. By the end of October 2009, Pelee Island Winery donated $20,000 on behalf of the campaign, and it is still going strong!
