Buy Local, Share Local

This program encourages consumers in Ontario to buy locally grown and manufactured products with a portion of sales going to support hunger relief programs in their community.

Food that spends less time in transit is fresher, tastier and requires less packaging in order to reach the market undamaged; and the less time spent in transit means a reduction to our carbon footprint.

The movement towards conscientious consumerism in rapidly growing and paving the way for economic and environmentally sustainable solutions. This program makes our buying choices easier as it identifies, right from the shelf, brands that are local and committed to eradicating hunger in Ontario.
